reasonable stay
air conditioning late room
the staff was kind and very helpful. they booked restaurants for my anniversary, this was lovely. there was a good choice of food at breakfast and it was tasty. it includes a cooked choice with continental, fruit and cereals.
the air conditioning did not seem to work correctly. the room wasn't ready until 2 pm. i arrived at 7:30 am, but they held my bags. the woman wasn't very helpful when the day shift changed.

friendly staff perfect location modern decor
the staff were very friendly and cute. the location was perfect near many attractions. the outdoor eating areas had modern decor.
i found no cots in the room for my child i had requested, but a single bed was present. it was also broken.

the hotel boasts two small elevators. there is a queue because they are also used by bar guests. the elevators take you to the wrong floor sometimes.

Excellent Hotel Experience
great location rooftop bar clean room
The hotel is directly across from the Cathedral. It made sightseeing very easy. A nice rooftop bar existed on the 7th floor! The room was clean. Breakfast offered a wonderful view from the rooftop restaurant.
The noise from late night parties outside continued until 2am. Transportation around this area was limited. It caused some inconveniences.

The staff were attentive and considerate, promptly addressing our needs. Every point of contact was friendly and efficient. The front desk and doormen provided wonderful assistance. It was greatly appreciated.

fantastic stay!
great location walking distance easy access excellent accessibility
The hotel's location was amazing. it sat right across from the cathedral. it made visiting many sights easy because las ramblas and la boqueria were within walking distance. a taxi to sagrada familia was readily available. Everything felt very accessible.
the tv channel selection catered less to english speakers! though the youtube and netflix apps partially offset this, i needed to know my passwords.

I noticed a restaurant located on site. i didn't eat there so i cannot fully review that. the rooftop area provided drinks and food. it seemed like a solid option for enjoying the city views.

the location was acceptable it was close to attractions
the bathroom had issues the sink drained slowly i also noticed the hair dryer barely blew the noise from the pipes and walls was constant

rainfall shower separate sinks comfortable bed
i was very grateful for the room. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the bed was very comfortable, and i slept soundly each night.
the elevators were quite small, sometimes causing a slight wait.
