the staff was kind and very helpful. they booked restaurants for my anniversary, this was lovely. there was a good choice of food at breakfast and it was tasty. it includes a cooked choice with continental, fruit and cereals.
the air conditioning did not seem to work correctly. the room wasn't ready until 2 pm. i arrived at 7:30 am, but they held my bags. the woman wasn't very helpful when the day shift changed.

The location was acceptable. It allowed easy access to some attractions.
I was frustrated to find that my room lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms quite clearly. This disturbance made restful sleep nearly impossible. I expected better sound insulation for this kind of hotel.

the staff were very friendly and cute. the location was perfect near many attractions. the outdoor eating areas had modern decor.
i found no cots in the room for my child i had requested, but a single bed was present. it was also broken.

The hotel is directly across from the Cathedral. It made sightseeing very easy. A nice rooftop bar existed on the 7th floor! The room was clean. Breakfast offered a wonderful view from the rooftop restaurant.
The noise from late night parties outside continued until 2am. Transportation around this area was limited. It caused some inconveniences.

The staff were attentive and considerate, promptly addressing our needs. Every point of contact was friendly and efficient. The front desk and doormen provided wonderful assistance. It was greatly appreciated.

The hotel's location was amazing. it sat right across from the cathedral. it made visiting many sights easy because las ramblas and la boqueria were within walking distance. a taxi to sagrada familia was readily available. Everything felt very accessible.
the tv channel selection catered less to english speakers! though the youtube and netflix apps partially offset this, i needed to know my passwords.
